day, June 9, 2002, at a
Topeka, Kansas hospice
house.
He was born August 20,
1914 in Piggott, Arkansas, the
daughter and a son, Duane,
who died in 1978.
Survivors include one
daughter, Louise Kreutziger,
Lexington, Massachusetts; one
son, Don Kimball, Topeka,
Kansas; one brother, Oliver
Sykes, Pendleton, Oregon; five
grandchildren; two step
grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.
Services were at 10:30 a.m.
Thursday, June 6, 2002, at
the Harveyville United Meth-
odist Church. Burial was in
the Harveyville Cemetery.
A family visitation was held
from 7 to 8 p.m. at Carey Fu-
neral Home, Burlingame, Kan-
sas.
